VisiJet FTI materials create durable plastic parts with excellent, high resolution detail that are tough enough for functional testing and snap-fit applications. The VisiJet FTI-Zoom material also builds up to 40% faster than the other materials when building in high speed mode.

Strength

Perfect material to validate injection molded part design, Completely Air-tight / Water-tight for functional testing of sealed products. Excellent Geometric Accuracy, Z axix buit speed of 0.5 inch per hour. Excellent Detail: build layers of 100 um Good tensile strength, VISIJET FTI Multi-color material choices, built platform of 6.75x8x9 inches ( XYZ). The VisiJet FTI material produces the same exceptional surface finish and high-resolution details as the available colored options, but is capable of building up to 40% faster when printing in high-speed mode.

Weakness

Poor impact strength (Use Fused Filament Fabrication process with ABS grade materials) and Poor heat resistance.
